About the Process

During your initial consultation, we will explore what is bringing you to therapy. You can ask questions and gain a feel of my therapeutic approach. If you would like us to work together, an initial assessment session would be arranged.

Your First Appointment

Together we would go through an assessment process. This would enable us to obtain an understanding of your difficulties in greater depth and collaboratively establish a therapeutic plan catered towards your needs and future goals.

When I lost my dad, my world and my life as I knew it ended. Liz provided me with a safe and warm space, to cry, to feel lost, to be angry. It felt ok to feel these enormous and powerful feelings. I felt overwhelmed and depressed after having my first baby. I lost myself and felt I was failing as a mother too. I felt so ashamed and didn’t tell anyone. Liz came to my rescue: I felt understood, reassured and in safe hands. With CFT I was able to view my difficulties with compassion. I began to feel like ‘me’ again, with a baby, and I am now able to say with pride that I am doing a good job.
