These are crucial needs that we require as human beings.

Therefore, in opposition, relational difficulties can be the source of enormous anxiety and distress.

Common signs of relationship difficulties include:

These issues can occur in any type of relationship, such as a partner, family member, friend or colleague. Difficulties can range from minor disagreements, to prolonged problems, that can threaten the foundations of the relationship itself.

One-to-One Counselling for the Issues & Problems that arise in our relationships.

Coming for one-to-one counselling as an individual regarding your relationship difficulties, is an opportunity to explore the areas within your relationship that is troubling you. It provides a unique space, separate from the rest of your life and from individuals in your life, where you can begin to unravel, engage with and explore the situation/s that are occurring. This then enables you to gain a greater self-awareness and make sense of your situation, which then leads to a greater understanding of your difficult emotions and consequential behaviours.

Therapeutically, my treatment plan will be tailored for you and your unique needs, where you will feel supported and guided throughout. The biggest step is acknowledging that you are struggling and require support. Reach out and arrange an initial 15-20 minutes consultation.
