I was struggling with the menopause and was absolutely crippled with anxiety. I didn’t know where to turn. I felt overwhelmed and depressed after having my first baby. I lost myself and felt I was failing as a mother too. I felt so ashamed and didn’t tell anyone. Liz came to my rescue: I felt understood, reassured and in safe hands. With CFT I was able to view my difficulties with compassion. I began to feel like ‘me’ again, with a baby, and I am now able to say with pride that I am doing a good job.
